A Five Month Program with Weekly Classes or Ten Month with Classes Every Other Week.

All courses are taught in the time-proven, mentoring, one on one tradition. Classes are held through the internet via Skype (or in person for those living in Los Angeles.). This allows the student to receive instruction from the comfort of their home anywhere in the world. Skype is superior to the present webinar technology allowing for two-way audio and video interaction.  Effective two-way teacher/student communication is the foundation for an educational standard that is appropriate to graduate studies.

IA-101 - Why extending Life?

Why, overcoming physical death might be the greatest personal scientific adventure ever. Life extension is about nutrition and biology, but also about psychology including of course behavioral modification. It also raises profound spiritual questions that need to be addressed if we want to be successful at extending life. We need to leave plenty of space for the agenda of the soul or failure is likely to result.

Extension of life vs, extension of youth, health and happiness. Painful vs painless death. The human body as a vehicle for enlightenment. What's your "Ikigai?"
