This Couple Coaching Program combines powerful PRACTICAL methods to improve relationships.

Why use a coach to improve a relationship?

The main relationship we have in life is with our partner.  Our happiness, mental health and even physical health depends to a great extent on establishing a healthy, harmonious relationship with our partner -- it is that crucial!

How can coaching help?

Most couples’ problems have their origin in behaviors and patterns of communication and lifestyle that require an action-oriented approach to change.  Insight and awareness are definitely not enough.  Temperament issues are also extremely significant and they are effectively addressed during the program.

Throughout this program you will work with your relationship coach to identify, clarify and correct the sources of stress, and patterns of behavior and thought affecting your relationship.  You will learn about each other‘s temperament and how to overcome the “Pigmalion Project” aspect of your relationship.

How is it different from couples therapy?

This coaching approach to relationships is practical and action oriented.  There is no pathologizing or diagnosing.  The couple is held accountable by their coach for the goals and homework they set for themselves the previous week.  It is a structured model and evaluation of progress is done week by week.  Same as in any coaching program, temperament analysis is central to its unique effectiveness.
