I thought the whole concept of putting together the retreat was great.

The retreat took place in an amazing environment:
1) The gardens were amazing...

There is so much potential for using that space for future sessions, for meditation, and just for escaping from the stresses of the world. I think so many people would find great value in this. It's so hard to believe a space like that exists in the suburbs of a city!

2) One of the biggest advantages of the location is the comfort of feeling like you are at home.

3) The living room is nice and bright, allows lots of sun to shine through, and is very vibrant with life. The plants definitely liven up the room, which really helps create a balanced environment.

As for the actual retreat:

Key points:
- The living room and garden create a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere for conducting group meditations.
- The printed material to take home was very valuable. It gave me something to reference weeks after the retreat was over. This helped me remember the exercises and concepts much more quickly.
- Gian Paolo is open to receiving feedback from the participants and is continually looking for ways to contribute back.
- After each exercise he asks how the experience was for each participant and truly try to understand their experience.
- Spending time in the gardens allows to clear the mind and practice presence in nature.
- These new meditation techniques and concepts of non-duality make it much easier to understand and realizing Awareness.
- Viviana's cooking was amazing! :)

I had an overall positive experience and would definitely recommend this to anyone I come across who is interested in finding a spiritual community or improving their lives.
